The Kulala Wilderness Reserve, once farmland, has been rehabilitated to its former glory, now home to striking desert-adapted wildlife such as oryx, springbok, and spotted hyena. Smaller creatures like bat-eared fox, black-backed jackal, and the elusive dune lark can also be spotted. The lodge’s 23 thatch-and-canvas rooms, built on raised wooden platforms, feature flat rooftop areas for sleep-outs under the Namibian night sky.
